Do You Get Daily Headaches?A couple of months ago we talked about what causes migraines and covered the difference between causes and triggers. This month the spotlight is on the causes of daily headaches. Do you struggle with daily headaches or migraines? I had unbearable migraines 20 days each and every month for almost 26 years.
