Happy New Year! What's New Already in 2018
January 26, 2018
To,

Happy New Year!

What's New Already in 2018? We are closer to a cure than ever!

This is just a short note to let you know I'm thinking of you and I hope that 2018 is the best year you've had in many.

I've not written for a while, I do apologize, but this health of ours is so fragile. I've been tending to that.

2018 brings us closer to a cure then we've ever been! I've been reading about all the positive medical breakthroughs in migraine medications and I just had to share these updates: CGRP Drugs for Migraines

Check out my Migraine News page for the most recent breakthrough claiming "a cure" in migraine research published Jan. 15, 2018 and the new migraine medication called oral Lasmiditan. Dr. Peter Goadsby says it’s providing "new hope for two-thirds of people with migraine who don’t respond to triptans."

There is also a new prediction system that may help to prevent migraine pain. It can tell you when one is coming. A m a z i n g !

What would you like?

I've been wondering what to write about this year and I was thinking about a monthly topic on how to cope with a different area each month. One month might be exercise, and another on coping tips, another on pacing, another on food, and then supplements.

I thought I could compile all the tips you send in too, and then prepare a list so we can all see what everyone is doing that helps.

But instead of guessing what might help... how about you write to me and tell me what you need help with, this will be more useful. We get enough email to our inbox, I want my emails to work for you.

That's all for now, I just wanted to touch base and say hello after being away for the last few months.

I do hope this email finds you well, and if you have any questions or concerns I'd love to hear from you. Just reply to this email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

If you haven't already, please come and like my Facebook page so you can stay connected and be sure to follow me on Pinterest
