The Continuing Pursuit for Migraine Elimination and Pain Reduction

Do you ever feel stuck? You know, when migraines are just interfering with everything and you feel like it’s impossible to move forward or get anything done.

Day after day they interfere and interrupt all the fun and all the chores. It sucks!

This is from an energetic healing I had and then used with clients for many years. It shifts energy nicely. Remember to take some nice deep breaths while you are saying this to yourself.

It is best to find some space for yourself when doing this. Somewhere you can relax a little and close your eyes for 5 or 10 minutes.

1. I ask my adult self to step in, realign and face forward.

2. Now all of me faces forward, and I step onto my path.

3. On my path now, I take a step forward.

4. As I pause there, I just let go completely of all that is behind me.

5. I feel safe.

6. I trust the flow of life. Take another step forward and pause. Visualize what you want to see on your path. And know that your past need not predict or create your future. See yourself moving closer to the things you want.

7. I am free.
