Tip #1 - Do not underestimate the power of making healthy lifestyle choices to help prevent migraines


I've learned (tested, experimented with, ingrained) so many coping skills and techniques being a qualified counsellor and I wish I could share them ALL with you.

That seems impossible, but I've written over 260 articles on my website now. And, there is a way I've shared the things that work best and that’s in my eBook and course you’ve been hearing about.
