The best time to reduce stress to prevent headaches is…It’s short and sweet this month… just for something different! Do you ever feel so stressed out, that it causes a migraine attack? Stress is a well know migraine trigger... thankfully it wasn’t one of my big ones. So, can migraines be caused by anxiety? Causes and triggers are different things... but yes, I am positive anxiety can trigger an attack. What have your experiences been around stress and anxiety as a trigger?
